Description

SDI is looking for a Account Services Specialist/ Business Analyst for a perm position located in our Raleigh, NC office. 
  • Serve as Point of contact for designated customer and client HR managers.
  • Analyze and manage account renewal process.
  • Analyze and resolve client queries in accurate and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain client reports.
  • Support the National Account manager with account management duties as required.
  • Execute new start paperwork for payrolled and recruited hires, ensuring it is          accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Resolve employee issues, including worker’s compensation reports, benefits administration, payroll concerns, etc.
  • Advise account managers and other management staff on the effectiveness of the talent acquisition programs.  Act as the operational SME for programs you are responsible for.
  • Communicate regularly with branch and corporate personnel regarding payroll changes and other employee administrative issues.
  • Provides assistance to the administrative and HR supervision of contract employees for account managers.
  • Manage client Purchase Order process, PO tracking, accept or reject POs
  • Aging reports, Account Receivable and invoice reconciliation. Assist in the receivables process to ensure client receives payment timely and accurately
  • Understand reporting data systems and report development.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate client standard formats via online mediums (typically MS Excel or MS PowerPoint).
  • Providing data analysis and statistics to the appropriate audiences.
  • Oversee business process analysis, reporting and control activities.
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures.
  • Submit periodic reports to management as requested.
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Account Services Specialist/ Business Analyst.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Interact with customers and candidate’s daily
  • Excellent customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Must have the ability to work independently. 
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Multi-tasking
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Excel proficient.
