Acara, formerly Superior Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Program Coordinator in Tualatin, OR.
 
Acara Solutions is hiring a Program Coordinator to work onsite with a customer in Tualatin, OR. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the management and operations of our staffing program with the customer, including customer service, daily account activity and setting goals/objectives. You will represent Acara as the focal point for customer issues and concerns and with the customer to ensure all processes and procedures are met. The Program Coordinator will complete and uphold all Key Performance Indicators. 
 
Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance):
  • Supervise administrative and operations activities including personnel administration, quality program compliance, advertising for contract labor, administer weekly assessments for new contract labor, regular meeting attendance with customer representatives and management, report generation and maintenance of appropriate files in accordance with Company policy
  • Analyze program and recommend best practices for customer
  • Manage open orders by working with customer to understand the business needs and branch recruiters to fulfill the needs
  • Manage program to ensure completion of program requirements including daily work functions, employee relations to include terminations, ensure proper on-boarding and off-boarding of assigned contractors, as needed
  • Survey all contract labor for satisfaction and review results to determine actions to improve satisfactiion
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports, including quarterly business reviews, for customer
  • Validate system information for accuracy of contingent workforce headcount
  • Establish reports to be sent to customer, work with reporting team to develop the reports and distribute reports to the customer
  • Promote customer goodwill and increase sales or business expansion with customer
  • Use VMS tool for Work Order Approvals.
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Travel (up to 25%) may be required
 
Other Duties:
  • Oversee administrative supervision of assigned contract employees
  • Establish customer and contract employee relations through frequent contact and various activities
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
  • Submit weekly reports to management as requested
  • Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of prior HR and/or staffing experience including a solid understanding of HR laws and branch operations experience.
  • 1 year of proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior managerial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability
  • Must present a positive and professional image
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business.
