Description

Acara Solutions is looking for Administrative Support for our client in Marietta, GA. This role would support the Hardware Product Team. The team reviews incoming hardware requests from our end user community to vet the request to make sure we can offer the best solution to meet the customer needs and stay within our budget. Main tools are Service Now and Maximo.  
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 2 years of Administrative Support Experience
  • 2 years Customer service 
  • Ability to communicate both orally and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office  
  • Team player
  • Understanding of business cases
  • Ability to capture requirements
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes
  • Professional demeanor
Preferred Skills / Qualifications: 
  • Service Now experience
  • Triage experience for hardware/software issues
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks on weekly / monthly basis.
  • Ability to update documentation and procedures. 
  • Ability to maintain working relationships with LM Customers and external venders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access and Excel).
  • Develop proficiency in LM SW tools, including ITSM / Service Now and SharePoint.
  • Monitor status of service requests and trouble tickets to purchase equipment. Track status through delivery to Customer. Produce Weekly status reports
  • Develop proficiency in ITSP SW tools, including Warehouse Inventory and/order tracking.
