Required Skills / Qualifications:
5 years applicable HR Business Analyst experience.
Bachelors Degree in HR or related field.
Advanced skills with MS Excel, pivot tables, vLookup in addition to strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and develop solutions to address those issues.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, compensation and performance management.
Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills.
