Acara Solutions is hiring a contract HR Business Analyst to work with a semiconductor company in San Jose, CA (95131)  to cover for a LOA.  The contract is expected to last 6 months or more with the possibility that it could turn into something longer term.    

This role has a heavy emphasis on data analytics as well as driving different projects including:
Compensation, Performance Management and Succession planning.  

Candidates must have a strong command of Excel; creating PIVOT tables and VLOOKUP.  Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able create reports and provide data analysis.  
Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
5 years applicable HR Business Analyst experience.
Bachelors Degree in HR or related field.
Advanced skills with MS Excel, pivot tables, vLookup in addition to strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and develop solutions to address those issues. 
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, compensation and performance management.
Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills.
