Description

Acara Solutions is looking for Embedded Software Engineer for our client located in Orlando, FL for a 12mo contract 
  • 4 day 10hr work week
  • Cyber security software development efforts across multiple programs.
  • Responsible for creation, delivery and review of software-related products and documentation as well as developing test tools and executing customized tests to ensure security of embedded software product.
  • To be successful in this position, the candidate should have excellent communications skills and be able to work with multi-disciplined teams and interface with customer counterparts and the ability to present technical solution to an audience of differing technical abilities.
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • US DOD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with embedded real-time development in C++.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Cybersecurity and Anti-Tamper.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Classified tool development & test
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Agile processes and practices
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with C++
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Cyber Security Familiarity
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Embedded SW
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Full software life-cycle development
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Qt - User Interface Tool
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Software configuration management
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Experience with Vxworks
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
 
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams
  • System Security Engineering (SSE)
  • Agile Scrum Master
  • Cyber Security, System Security certifications
  • Device driver development for Linux
