Kickfurther created a model to help business owners affordably raise funds for inventory to grow their business with the added benefit of thousands of community members who are eager to back them and help them grow.
We are looking for someone who hustles HARD and is going to help us drive new business. This is a complex financial product that requires creative problem-solving and customization for each client. We are looking for someone who has solid experience in developing and executing cold-email campaigns, with the ultimate goal of generating new business for Kickfurther. To succeed in this role you MUST have experience and enjoy doing work in both email marketing and business development.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL FOCUS ON:
Development & Deployment: Manage all outbound cold email campaigns, including editing messages, leading design and copy development, structuring A/B tests, scheduling delivery, and reporting on campaign results.
Outbound Email Mastery: Own email demand generation to build a pipeline of leads
List Building: Lead sourcing and evaluation. Exercise autonomy to identify and process contact lists/sources/databases.
List Maintenance: Monitor and maintain best practices for deliverability and file clean-up (inactives, unsubscribers, email bounces)
Automations: Identify and develop new automations/workflows to increase engagement and drive booked meetings
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage direct mail campaigns
Develop social media outreach channels
Collaborate with Sales team stakeholders to optimize lead to new client lifecycle
Produce program results reporting and present to management
Interface directly with our QC, dev, legal, and leadership team members to be a cohesive and lean growth machine
Hustler attitude, outgoing personality, creative problem solver and competitive to reach target growth outcomes Outbound Email Marketing EXPERT, 3+ years of experience: MUST have experience developing and executing cold email campaigns including creating design and copy, structuring A/B tests, scheduling delivery, and reporting on campaign results.
Experience sourcing and evaluating leads to build pipeline
Ability to maintain lists/file clean-up (inactives, unsubscribers, email bounces)
Email automation experience to identify new workflows to drive booked meetings
Understanding of direct mail, social media marketing, and digital advertising
Degree in marketing, finance, business operations, or supply chain. It can also be something completely unrelated, but we want to see that you work hard and learn fast
Very strong written and oral skills with the ability to explain complex topics to people with varied backgrounds (our clients are all very good at doing what they do, but they are not always experts at inventory financing)
Skillful with CRMs, lead tools, and other new tech/applications Ability to perform in a high pressure, startup environment.
