Aleron has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator at our corporate headquarters.
 
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for processing contract employee payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
 
Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance):
  • Process weekly contract employee payroll, input and verify hours and transmissions from the various branches, printing and verification of checks, and distribution/mailing of checks
  • Input work order and new employee payroll information
  • Research, analyze and calculate data input for payroll
  • Answer questions from the branches and customers regarding payroll
 
Other Duties:
  • Report to management regarding the status of, and future strategies regarding various payroll issues
  • Communicate with other payroll employee to ensure overall accuracy and timeliness of the payroll and billing department
  • Senior Payroll Administrator may also be responsible to train and mentor other staff
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
  • Submit periodic reports to management as requested
  • Responsible for various other administrative duties as directed by Company
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications: 
  • Associate"s degree;
  • 1 year of office experience;
  • 1 year of experience of Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and SAP.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail orientated, organized, and be analytical in nature.
  • Prior administrative or payroll experience.
