Acara Solutions is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our Client located in East Aurora, NY.
  • Seeking a top notch Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to work with us on a contract basis to manage full lifecycle recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, selecting and on-boarding the highest quality and best fit candidates to support our tremendous business growth. 
  • Our Sr. Talent Acquisition Partners have creative approaches to identifying difficult-to-find candidates, demonstrated expertise in screening candidates and clearly articulate techniques for quickly mastering expectations of highly selective hiring managers.
  • You"ll need to be able to 'check your ego at the door,' have an entrepreneurial mindset, as if you have ownership in the company, and possess a sense of humility. 
  • The ability to communicate clearly, build relationships and be an influencer are critical to your success. 
  • Additionally, our Sr. Talent Acquisition Partners work well under pressure and thrive on challenges.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy
  • Executing the sourcing strategy: researching, shortlisting, interviewing, and presenting candidates
  • Proactively provide updates to hiring team and candidates
  • Facilitating selection decisions
  • Extending offers
 
Pay and Benefits:
 The salary for this position is $45.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years" experience in managing full life cycle recruiting - working directly with hiring managers and sourcing talent.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor"s degree
  • Experience working with Taleo or similar applicant tracking system
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills that will help you build relationships, influence others and represent the Talent Acquisition team in various settings inside and outside the organization
  • Experience in finding and hiring Engineering Talent within a Manufacturing environment.
  • A background in Aerospace and Defense recruitment is advantageous, but not essential
  • Scope:  Having been a Corporate Recruiter, preferably in an Engineering environment
  • Worked as an Account Manager at a staffing agency
  • Experience sourcing talent at a staffing agency
  • Experience in marketing
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
