Acara Solutions is looking for a Material Coordinator for our Client located in Sutton, MA.
  • The Materials Coordinator will report to the Materials and Logistics Manager and be responsible for a variety of material and logistics operations, including but not limited to, cycle counting, inventory transactions, shipment processing, and process improvement. 
  • The successful candidate will need to be highly organized and efficient to handle the dynamics of this role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with inventory SAP transactional requirements.
  • Assist in cycle counting
  • Aiding in correct processes to correct inventory issues/errors in all warehouse locations.
  • Receiving (SAP)
  • Process Domestic shipments (SAP)
  • Process definition / improvement
  • Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques
  • Model and promote Safety as a value
  • Maintain areas of responsibility in a safe, clean, and orderly fashion
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential element of this job
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Management
Pay and Benefits:
 The salary for this position is $ 21.50 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree
  • Minimum 4 years of manufacturing plant experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • SAP - Warehouse management knowledge
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including ability to spot issues in efficiency/productivity and suggest improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
  • Flexible to work long hours as to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to generate and submit reports on performance and progress
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry loads of 40 lbs as necessary.
