Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for our Client located in Boston, MA.
  • Client is searching for a full-cycle Contract Recruiter to join our team for a temporary assignment.
  • Deploy a range of innovative and effective sourcing and selection interventions to identify and attract a diverse pool of high caliber internal and external talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates and make valued recommendations to Client hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit and quality standards.
  • Develop candidate pipelines for key roles.
  • Assist hiring manager and business partners with development/refinement of job descriptions, when needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Colleagues in Compensation, Talent and Development, HRDirect, Assignment Services.
  • To develop and structure appropriate offers, and effectively navigate through hiring details.
  • Influence client hiring managers to facilitate a competency based candidate review and selection process
  • Manager is flexible on rate as they want someone who is best qualified for the role.
Pay and Benefits:
  • The salary for this position is $40.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years" experience as Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully negotiate and influence
  • Handle customer focus and strong action orientation as needed
  • Possess a high degree of confidence; be able to instill confidence in others
  • Ability to think strategically, independently and creatively, and take ownership of critical issues.
  • Strong organizational agility - able to adapt to ambiguous situations and make solid decisions with limited information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage time, priorities and projects
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well independently and in a high performing and dispersed team
  • Strong knowledge of the business and ability to "speak the language" and be viewed as a credible partner.
