Description

Acara Solutions is seeking multiple Patient Experience Specialists with a premier healthcare organization in Buffalo, NY.

The hourly rate for this position is between 18.00-22.00/HR, depending on experience.

*Candidates must have open availability Monday-Friday between 7AM to 7PM*
 
1) Provide exceptional customer service
2) Handle calls and inquiries into the Contact Center
3) Ensure all patient inquiries are addressed and resolved in a compassionate and timely manner
4) Collaborate with Clinical Teams, Revenue Cycle Teams, and IT associates

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
