Acara Solutions is hiring 30 Technicians and Assembers  for our Customer in Fremont, CA.

$500 sign on bonus

Back End Days available Weds-Sat 5am-430pm and other open 10 hour shifts! 

Engineering Technician Job Duties:
Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, such as building, testing and auditing a complete system.
Able to follow written build and test procedures and report a feedback to Engineering.
Able to work with engineers to rework, set-up and test systems related to the production of systems, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Able to inspect capital equipment at the system, stand-alone and sub-assembly level.
The inspection will be performed at multiple phases; during assembly, post-assembly, during test, post-test, pre-shipping stages of manufacturing process and communicate with engineering and production managers on impact of defective material to schedule
Write and report defective generated during the build and test process.
This process includes evaluation of the defective parts, updating the problem and solution description of the defective report, interfacing with technicians, engineers and production managers on quality defects.
Works in an environment of continuous improvement of standards and processes. 
Follows stringent safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for workers and property.
The position requires attention to detail and excellent written and communication skills.
A background in quality assurance is ideal but not required.
The candidate must have knowledge using Microsoft office skills; Word, Outlook, PPt. experience in SAP, and QuickBase is ideal but not required
Able to Assembly parts and use different hand tools. 

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical machinery and/or semiconductor equipment, able to assembly electro-mechanical equipment. 
Knowledge of Hand Tools and Power Tools.
Experience with leak checking and assembling O-Rings
Good job stability in previous roles
