A Customer Service Representative job in Yorba Linda, CA is available through Acara Solutions. 
This is a Direct Hire role. The Candidate will be responsible for processing all order types and
determining requirements, answering inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and 
maintaining current & accurate account information.  Qualified candidates will have experience 
in customer service and will want to take ownership for their tasks. The pay for this position is 
$24-20.00 per hr.
Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:
  • Answering inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Entering and processing orders received via email, web, EDI, or customer portal
  • Processing all order types and determining requirements
  • Collaborating with field sales, accounting, planning, and other departments
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Taking ownership for their tasks
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • At least one (1) year work experience in customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Be an active listener to and for our customers
  • Maintain composure with little supervision
  • Provide a positive attitude
  • Work as a team player
  • English proficiency

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, (CSM systems)
  • Medical Device/Dental Implant product knowledge
  • Associates or BA Degree

  • Background/Drug Screening are required 
  • Working Hours 8- 5 pm M-Friday 30 min lunch
  • This role will be REMOTE until September 2021
