Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a SUI Services Claim Specialist for our Client located in West Des Moines, IA.
  • Provides client support including processing of unemployment claims performing research and ensuring accurate and timely information. 
  • Processes unemployment claim matters in an accurate and timely manner to provide quality customer service. 
  • Researches and resolves discrepancies regarding charges to client unemployment accounts to correct errors and maintain accurate information. 
  • Researches and responds to internal and external escalated calls to provide accurate unemployment information. 
  • Utilizes resources to accurately and effectively answer client questions regarding state-specific requirements. 
  • Provides feedback on product-related problems to alleviate future issues and offers solutions to correct or enhance the product.

  • Participates in special projects to increase client satisfaction and departmental knowledge and efficiencies. 
 
Pay and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $18.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years" experience in SUI Services Claim Specialist
