Acara Solutions has an opening for a Weekend Shift Assembler in Tualatin, OR for an subsystems & turnkey industry. This is a great opportunity.

Pay Rate: $17- $19/ hr. DOE + %15 Differential
Day Shift Weekend ( Fri, Sat, Sun. Mon 6am to 4pm)
Night Shift Weekend (Fri, Sat, & Sun 4p to 5am)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
o Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks
o Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary
o Prepare status reports
o Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling
o Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly
o Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards
o Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
o Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur
o Work independently with moderate supervision
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
o High School diploma / equivalent required
o Vocational / technical training or equivalent required
o Minimum 2 years production or related work experience required

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
o Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools
o Visual acuity and manual dexterity
o Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
o Good verbal and written communication skills
o Good MS Word, Excel and MRP skills
o Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
