Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in both order processing and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma Required
- College Degree Preferred
- 2+ Years of Call Center Experience Preferred
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
