Acara Solutions is supporting our customers in identifying a Customer Care Temp Data Entry Representative to join their team remotely with offices in Orange, CA. Exciting role with a high-profile customer in the Dental and Medical Industry. 

 
Req Title: Customer Care Temp Data Entry Representative

Location/Starting Remote? Remote with offices in Orange, CA 92867 - Must Be Local, may go onsite in the fall.

Contract Duration/Conversion? 6 months - Potential to convert to FT - YES 
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour 
# of Openings: 3
 
Position Summary
Oversees nine different business units in the Dental, Medical, and Veterinary fields, so knowing the basics of multiple product lines is a must. Responsible for calls, dealer and end-user orders, and customer service requests received by fax, e-mail, EDI, mail, or phone.  Performs the clerical processing operations needed for the completion of orders or customer requests.  General supervision, or limited supervision depending on the level of experience.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Processing dealer and end-user orders received by fax, e-mail, EDI, mail, or phone.
  • Process up to 60+ per day of promotional orders
  • Required to develop the ability to prioritize, keeping logs as needed, develop attention to details, consistently follow up and take ownership of all orders.
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient in both order processing and customer service skills.                             
  • High School Diploma Required
  • College Degree Preferred 
  • 2+ Years of Call Center Experience Preferred
 
Language Skills:                   
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
 
Computer Skills:                                                          
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM. 
 
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
