Acara Solutions is hiring a Calibration Lab Administrator for our customer, a global aerospace manufacturing company in the South Towns of Buffalo, NY. This administrative project will be supporting the Calibration Lab with various inventory related tasks, but you will not be asked to perform any technical calibrations. Typical tasks will include:
·         Assist with the mezzanine gauge inventory
·         Assist with the inventory of gauges in the manufacturing cells
·         Change calibration stickers on gauges that were not used
·         Change gauge status in the Calibration Lab database
·         Prepare gauges for our External Calibration Suppliers
·         Receive gauges back from our External Calibration Suppliers 
·         Scan certificates of calibration and save to designated folders
·         Enter calibration records in the Calibration Lab Database
·         Enter new gauges in the Calibration Lab Database
·         Forward packing slips to Accounting so payment can be made
Pay is $18-$20/hour depending on experience
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of administrative experience utilizing MS Office

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Administrative experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful
  • Inventory experience is helpful
  • Strong attention to details
