Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years" experience in Customer Service

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Basic skills in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, internet, electronic mail and scheduling
