Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Biological/Chemical Scientist/Engineer 1 for our Client located in Newark, DE.       
  • Provides support to project managers leading the design transfer of biological reagents from R&D to manufacturing. 
  • Selectively will coordinate R&D/MFG team discussions to determine inputs needed for manufacturing process set-up. 
  • Prepares and manages documents to establish manufacturing processes to produced newly transferred products. 
  • Will record and distribute minutes of design transfer team activities. 
  • Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. 

Pay and Benefits:
 The salary for this position is $40.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years" experience as Biological/Chemical Scientist/Engineer.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor"s degree in a science or engineering field 
  • Working knowledge of all Miscrosoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication/people skills & initiative
  • Science background (i.e. any science or engineering degree)
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Manufacturing operations especially in an FDA regulated environment.
