Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Administrative Assistant for our Client located in Los Angeles, CA.           
  • Answering phones, forward calls to appropriate party
  • Will be filing purchase orders, helping answer emails from customers, answering phones, data entry
  • Other duties
 
Pay and Benefits:
 The salary for this position is $13.00 and $18.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an office setting.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Excel experience. 
  • Knowledge of MS office. 
  • Organizational management skills.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
