Acara Solutions is currently on the lookout for a Medical Device Assembler for one of our top clients! This dynamic company is a global leader in medical technology and the manufacturer of the world"s most innovative devices. The assembler position is an integral part of the organization and responsible for a variety of hand, mechanical, electrical, and wafer assembly. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, working in a clean room environment, and utilizing low and high-power microscopes. Wafer Fab and Soldering experience is a huge plus! This company offers a career path in a growing industry including both medical device and semiconductor manufacturing. Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
 Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour. Immediately eligible for bonuses and sick pay accrual
 Hours: 5:30 am - 5:30 pm. These 12-hour shifts will be on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday. 
 Environment: Cleanroom environment, with multiple precautions taken to maintain a Covid free environment. 
 Job Type: Full-Time
 Desired Experience: Good longevity in your work history and 2+ years of manufacturing experience, but not necessary!
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1-year Operator experience in semiconductor industry working in a clean room
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • 2 + years of manufacturing experience in a wafer fab environment/semiconductor
  • 2 + years microscope experience
