Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Payroll Help Desk for our Client located in Indianapolis, IN.
  • Customer service to employees and stakeholders
  • Accurately keying and loading timesheets into payroll system
  • Respond timely to employees queries regarding their pay
  • Enter taxes update in SAP or ADP by payroll deadlines
  • Printing payroll off-cycle pay stubs
  • Other payroll and expenses related duties as assigned
  • Support Help desk questions and escalate as needed within SLA time frame
  • Process term notice request from Human Resource (HR)
  • Completing Verification of Employment forms
  • Updating the Tax Log with notifications
  • Managing the Email Box and Checking Voicemails; sending them to appropriate person

Pay and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $27.75 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years" experience in Customer service 
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Payroll experience 
  • Corporate card experience 
  • ADP Workforce Now and Smart Compliance experience needed
  • SAP system would be considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
