Description

Acara Solutions has an immediate need for a  SecureNet/PC Technician to work on a contract basis for our Client located in Orlando, FL. The focus is on inventory and commissioning of equipment throughout customer facilities.
Pay Rate $19/HR
 
Specific Duties:
  • Ensure user data and settings are identified
  • Troubleshoot and help with the Client's Help Desk
  • Ensure old desktop systems is backed-up
  • Run Desktop DNA to preserve user settings
  • Replace with new desktop system
  • Migrate peripherals such as scanners and printers
  • Restore user data and user specific settings
  • Validate hardware and applications are functioning properly
  • Each technician will have the opportunity to perform rework or address installs of non-standard hardware or software on a rotational basis
  • Document process and identify areas requiring follow-up.

  • Desktop support (HW: PC, Printers, Peripheral  SW: Windows OS, Anti-virus (McAfee)
  • Desktop functions: (Reimage PC, Remote desktop, minor troubleshooting, SW installs)
  • Network skills: (TCIP)
  • Documentation: ability to follow processes and procedures effectively
  • People skills: (Customer focused, communications skills to relay information clearly, organize daily workload, teaming successful)
  • Active Secret Clearance
