Acara Solutions is looking for a Welder for our Client located in Warren, OH.
  • Performs welding processes on aluminum, steel, and other metals" parts using welding metals and metal alloys.
  • Welds parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Under general supervision, hand welding and flame-cutting equipment such as arc welders, gas welders, and gas torches are used to weld together metal components (flat, horizontal, or vertical plates and pipes).
  • Works from sketches, prints, operation sheets, preliminary drawings, and written/verbal instructions.
  • Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded.
  • Performs welding in multiple positions (G3, G6).
  • Performs welding to Nondestructive Testing Quality (MT, UT).
  • Builds up worn or defective surfaces.
  • Other work may be assigned at Management"s discretion.
Pay and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $19.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Welder
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Certifications Crane/Forklift. Welding. In-house training provided to obtain certifications.
  • Tools/Equipment Used Hand Tools
  • Safety Equipment Used Safety Boots; Hard Hat; Safety Glasses; Welding Gloves; Fall Protection; Ear Plugs; FR Uniforms; Welding Hood; Long-sleeved shirts/jackets.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
