Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Recruiter for our Client located in Dallas, TX
  • The Recruiter is responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting to include posting positions, applicant flow, creative sourcing, pre-screening candidates, interviewing and selection, offer process and candidate management. 
  • Assist in the development of innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. 
  • Leads recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost effective while meeting established metrics.   
  • Maintains accurate records and reports on all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Develops and builds relationships with hiring managers in order to better understand their business and the roles with the organization
  • Works directly with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job specifications and desired qualifications for each position
  • Develop successful recruiting strategies to fill positions in an efficient and timely manner
  • Work with hiring managers to generate compelling job postings and refresh/update those postings
  • Manage resume screening and candidate interview process in conjunction with hiring managers
  • Serves as an advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process on matters such as interviewing techniques, selection protocols, offer management
  • Partners with HR team to ensure organization"s talent goals are met including internal, external, diversity and early career hiring
  • Develops and executes innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the company
  • Maintains accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and may produce reports on all phases of the recruitment process
  • Participates in job fairs and college recruiting to source potential candidates and promote industry awareness
  • Leads recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and costs effective while meeting established metrics such as cost per hire, time to fill
  • Manages the candidate experience so that candidates have a positive impression of the recruitment process including, providing status updates, scheduling interviews, making travel arrangements
  • Conducts reference and background checks and may initiate job offers
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned
Pay and Benefits:
  • The Salary for this position is between $ 34.00 and $ 37.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor"s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration 
  • Minimum of 2 years" experience in Human Resources preferably in recruitment
  • Minimum of 2 years" experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of 2 years" experience in sourcing candidates
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems for tracking and reporting
  • Experience working in a technical field and/or recruiting engineering, operations, and technical talent
  • Proven knowledge of state, federal and EEO regulations regarding hiring practices 
  • Exposure to behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skill and experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Proven knowledge of state, federal and EEO regulations regarding hiring practices
  • Highly developed knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively source candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Lift up to 15 lbs. up to 20% of the time
  • Ability to stand for extended periods at career fairs
