Bringing in niche applications and gaining approval for advanced technologies / Chemistries. Key dimensions are building strong project pipeline on specialty products, Conversion rate of (%) of commercialization on the approved products.

Business Development and Value Creation
Drive New product development & horizontal replication in region and build a strong pipeline of projects
migrate from product supplier to system provider (b) replace other polymers & materials (c) joining with other polymer suppliers for offering hybrid systems.
Develop market intelligence, and support the sales team with adequate inputs
Create market visibility for Epotec / Cetepox brand in the region
Staff training and development.
