Acara Solution has an remote Change Management Consultant for an semiconductor comany located in Fremont, CA.
Be a part of implementing a new Learning Management System for Lam"s global workforce. This Change Management contract position will work closely with global leaders, project sponsor, system stakeholders, and implementation team members to deliver communication plans and  training assets to enable the company to fully adopt and properly use the new LMS for their learning and development needs.  
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the change management workstream and strategy for the global LMS implementation project and drive successful adoption of the change within the organization
  • Define change management process and methodology approach for project
  • Responsible for change management work plan generation, implementation, and process management  
  • Identify and seek agreement on change adoption measures, track, and report, and determine action(s) based on results to align with project goals
  • Provide the change governance leadership at each project phase
  • Perform organizational readiness assessment and other required analysis to deliver on defined success factors
  • Produce and manage communication plan for every phase of project implementation 
  • Develop training strategy and partner with instructional designer and other project team members to design and implement all training assets for all stakeholder audiences for system launch, post-implementation, and adoption goals
  • Oversee change reinforcement and training activities post-implementation
  • Document requirements and findings, prepare and deliver status reports, and contribute to other communication requirements as requested
  • Actively engage with project team members to support overall project 
  • Ensure deadlines and key deliverables are consistently met
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years working in a Learning Management System (SAP and Cornerstone On-demand preferred) or other related experience. 
  • A Bachelor/Master"s degree w/a focus in communications, instructional design, computer science, behavioral psychology, or related discipline. 
  • Minimum 4 years understand and applied adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE Model, Design Thinking, Kirkpatrick Model, Bloom"s Taxonomy) for multiple corporate-wide training programs  
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Progressive, first-hand professional experience leading and/or supporting organizational change and transformation for large-scale global projects, particularly in human resources or information technology
  • Demonstrate the ability to interpret complex data and present and communicate it (verbally and in writing) to audiences of varying technical knowledge and organizational levels. 
  • Strong communications skills including professional interpersonal skills, working well within a collaborative team environment and stakeholder management skills 
  • Demonstrate an ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work tasks for effective outcomes while executing within tight deadlines
  • Creative problem-solving around technical processes, workflow, and user experience
  • Flexible and understand how to get things done in an unstructured environment
  • Proven track record of successfully working cross-functionally and cross-geographically
