Acara Solutions is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer 3 for our Client located in Flanders, NJ.
  • Lead initiatives to improve quality received from assigned suppliers
  • Support the qualification of parts or introduction of new suppliers
  • Manage supplier"s corrective action implementation through the Supplier Corrective Action process
  • Evaluate and disposition rejected material
  • Use statistical analysis and risk management techniques to analyze quality data to identify trends and implement actions as needed
  • Provide guidance for process changes, including guidance on requirements for supplier and part"s qualification
  • Lead/Participate on CAPA investigations.
Pay and Benefits:
 The salary for this position is $50.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor"s degree in Science or Engineering field of study
  • Minimum 5 years" experience in medical device and quality engineering.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Incoming Inspection experience
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)/Lead Auditor Certification
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Masters domain. 
  • Transfers and applies know-how to / in various contexts. 
  • Solid professional judgment and problem solving competence. 
  • Improves existing processes and approaches.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
