Viaduct is seeking a Sales Director for a new emerging business in Buffalo, NY. 

Our client is on a mission to challenge the global supply chain by connecting forward and reverse logistics.  We are looking for a Sales Director to oversee daily operation of all aspects of our Re-Commerce Team, and Flagship Asset Recovery Program. 
 You will develop strategies to explore new leads for our products, build key business relationships, and maintain the growth of those relationships through management of our team. 
The Sales Director is responsible for the management of the Account Executives and BDR"s. The customer"s journey from lead, to growing relationship is intimately involved with these positions. The Sales Director also works hand-in-hand with the Executive team, Marketing, and Project Management to implement the strategies put forth by the company, while seeing that Client and customer needs are met.

  • Development and management of the lead generation process.
  • Executive decision on product pricing within the guidelines set forth. 
  • Management of Key customer relationships.
  • Oversight of the flagship Asset Recovery product.
  • Hiring and management of the Sales Team. 
  • Implementation and measurement of KPI"s.
  • Setting a strategy, collecting data and analyzing it. 
  • Converting Enterprise Customers into Key Relationships.
  • Uncovering new opportunities.

Target base salary $ 75-100 K base with total compensation package $150K+
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 3 years experience logistics, supply chain or OEM.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of the systems we use daily, SQL, AWS,
  • SellerCloud, HubSpot, Excel, and QuickBooks
