We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Product team! The Product Designer is a key role on the Product team at our organization and will proactively collaborate across the organization to improve our products.
The Product Designer will own the design process from conception through completion, including working with Product Managers to gather requirements and understand a problem at hand, conducting user research and usability testing, and creating high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for hand-off to engineering teams.

What you will be doing:
1. Maintain our current design system and make updates as appropriate.
2. Understand users’ needs, tasks, and goals, and translate them into designs. Conduct research to determine those needs, tasks, and goals, and execute appropriate UX artifacts (wireframes, user flows, journey maps, etc.).
3. Own the design process for new features and improvements across the web app and add-on
4. Usability test features with internal FP&A experts and with customers.
5. Present designs to stakeholders in clear and concise ways.

1. Collaborative: You will be working closely with several stakeholders including the CEO, Customer Success Team, Sales Team, Heads of Departments and Clients.
2. Self-Motivated: You will take ownership of the position and have a say in the decision-making process.
3. Focused and organized: You will be required to work with multiple teams simultaneously which will require being organized and focus
Required Skillset:
  • Must be familiar with basic graphic design principles: color, typography, composition, hierarchy
  • Must be capable of sketching solutions, creating user flows, and building prototypes to communicate design ideas to collaborators and stakeholders.
  • Must have: Competency with Figma
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of or willingness to learn Hotjar and Mixpanel
