Acara Solutions is looking for a Laboratory Technician for our client in Newark, DE.

  • 3rd Shift 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Supports semi-complex manufacturing-related studies and processes
  • Gathers and records semi-complex production information; enters data into internal computer systems. 
  • Participates in semi-complex repairing and retesting for product and manufacturing facilities. 
  • Helps develop estimates of requirements arising from process changes. 
  • Resolves semi-complex manufacturing or maintenance-related problems are affecting daily operations. 
  • May participate in technical issue solving/troubleshooting support to a manufacturing environment.
  • Participates in troubleshooting for machine operations to determine parameters for improving efficiency in a production environment.


Pay and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $24.84 per hour (Max Pay rate).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associates' Degree in Biology or Chemistry 
  • Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications' :
  • Formulation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Production environment 
  • Regulatory experience
  • SAP
  • Documentum
  • Microsoft software
  • Good documentation practices,
  • General laboratory practices
  • Chemical handling. 
  • Communication abilities, interpersonal skills, strong work ethics, and team player.
