Acara Solutions is looking for a Material Handling Associate for our Client located in Scottsdale, AZ.
  • Are you looking to take charge of your career and seek opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential? If so, look no further! As the Material Handling Associate, you'll act as a team lead for group activities, cross-functional or Supply Chain communication and customer inquiries.
  • Additionally, you'll analyse and act on data related to production rates data, review stock records, and prepare purchase orders to determine stock status against production requirements.
  • You'll also communicate material control issues to department, identify material shortages, support problem solving resolutions and actively develop continuous improvement strategies.
  • Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in distributing of materials, parts,
  • supplies, and equipment to manufacturing
  • Performs Project Kitting according to detailed instructions
  • Packages and prepares materials for delivery to the designated program and manufacturing

  • Prepare and maintain records of material shortages to manufacturing
  • Performs Cycle counts and inventory verification of parts based on information provided
  • Distributes materials received from stores to manufacturing areas
  • Lifts heavy items and operate a forklift
  • Communicates with co-workers and internal customers
  • Performs single or limited number of core tasks of a routine nature within team
  • Receives detailed instructions on assignments
  • Performs limited data entry
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as Material Handling Associate

  • Ability to acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine

  • Ability to work on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited
