Description

Acara Solutions is looking for an Commercial Licensor Marketing Analyst for our Client located in El Segundo, CA

  • The Global Commercial Licensor Marketing team focus on driving joint business planning between Client Global/Regional and local subsidiaries and Licensor counterparts around the world. Main goals:
  • Drive strategic alignment on business and retail plans, as well as financial alignment on all levels.
  • Deliver commercial strategy and execution around the world
  • Preserve Licensor-Client relationship around the world and ensure level of service regional/local teams are giving to Licensor counterparts is best-in-class
  • Ensure Client subsidiaries receiving level of support needed from Licensor and GBT to succeed
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and predictability for the company
  • Support on Business sizing and tracking. In Partnership with the Global Commercial Licensor team and Strategic Partnership team, identify mission-critical business analytical needs, build/ execute analytics, and report findings to functional partners.
  • Help with NPD analysis and Business Plan generation when needed
  • Host demand & match reports, along with Global Commercial analyses/forecasts in one hub
  • Monthly demand analysis across portfolio
  • Monthly match analysis across portfolio
  • Accrual & Forecast commentary templating
  • Assist with POS reports
  • Provide recommendations based on analysis and findings
  • Support efforts to maintain, improve and standardize information sharing and communication between Global Commercial Licensor team and different stakeholders (Regional Teams, Management, and rest of functional teams) Commercial Sigs creation, Commercial Communication and information sharing: Global Commercial Teams Channel Management/SharePoint.
  • Denote action items for Global Commercial cross-team market calls (e.g., China)
  • Help with active role in small licensor management including Cross Category Action Plan development, Financial Forecast management, Global POS performance and communication with Client Commercial teams around the world.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The Salary for this position is between $ 38.00 and $ 46.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, or business analytics. Marketing
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • CPG, toy, or consumer-facing industry experience 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize data into recommendations
  • Advanced knowledge working with Excel and PowerPoint. Communication Platforms Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Nice to have: Cognos Suite and Tableau platform.
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Independent, self-starter
