Acara Solutions is looking for an Communication Manager for our Client located in Sacramento, CA

  • Communication and transparency are essential to any successful initiative that client Digital Industries Software is driving within the workplace. 
  • This position is to support proper communication to employees, leadership and stakeholders throughout all phases of a project or new initiative. 
  • To perform the role properly, close collaboration with the project managers, operations team and the workplace technology group is necessary. 
  • The position will directly report to the Head of EHS & Facility Engagement, Planning.
  • Content Creation: development of various communication content for different platforms of communication, e.g. SharePoint, Email and Digital Signage
  • Content Update: update of existing content
  • Content Review: review of existing content with focus on aligned and consistent messaging
  • Creation / Update of Project Reporting: ongoing update of project status and timelines
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Customer Service
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing, communications or journalism 
  • Strong SharePoint knowledge
  • Strong PPT knowledge
  • Fluency in English, additional languages beneficial, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with use of Microsoft applications (Office, Teams, Outlook.)
  • Positive, professional approach and the ability to perform tasks with minimal direction and guidance
