Acara Solutions is looking for an Test Technician for our Client located in Manassas, VA

  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Ability to work from schematics, engineering drawings and both written and verbal instructions.
  • Operates related electronic equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
  • Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
  • Inspect components before assembly or Test and may to preform rework of production units.
  • Record testing data and analyze results to determine whether products meet quality standards
  • Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment
  • Maintain testing methods and equipment
  • Assemble and calibrate testing equipment
  • Use testing data to recommend improvements to the production process

Pay and Benefits:

  • The Salary for this position is between $ 16.00 and $ 30.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the test, tune, and troubleshoot of a variety complex electronic equipment
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience using mathematical concepts such as ratios and fractions.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in analyzing data and drawing valid conclusions from that data

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to define problems verbally and in writing
