Description

An Office Coordinator job in Calabasas, CA is available through Acara Solutions. 
Qualified candidates must be customer service oriented in person and over the phone. 
Successful candidates must be at ease in a fast-paced environment and a skilled problem 
solver, able to navigate in an office environment. Candidate will interact with staff members 
and visitors including making guest feel welcome, handling complaints, and relaying accurate 
information. Candidate will also support HR Staff. The pay range for this job is $20.00-18.00 p/hour 
 
 
Office Coordinator job responsibilities include:
 
  • Greet and welcome guests entering the building.
  • Keep front desk and lobby area presentable and stocked with all necessary materials 
  • (Pens, forms, papers, sanitizing wipes, etc.)
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them or provide messages to staff.
  • Answer caller questions and address complaints.
  • Collect, track, and file the daily Health Screening Forms for all staff and visitors.
  • Place Staff requested Staples orders as directed and ensure staff receives their orders.
  • Cold call applicants to provide information on upcoming weekly job fairs.
  • Manage candidate check-ins for weekly job fairs.
  • Monitor office supplies and order more as needed; initiate fix claims for copiers if needed.
  • Sort the mail and distribute to the mailboxes.
  • Place staff requested Staples orders as directed and ensure they receive their orders.
  • Bring used printer cartridges over to Corporate for recycling.
 
Job Requirements

 
BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED 
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as front desk representative, 
  • customer service representative or office management 
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, office equipment (e.g., fax, printer, scanning etc.).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or GED
