Acara Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for our client in Buffalo, NY! Our client is a top food manufacturing company here in WNY.
Pay: $17/hr.
Type: Contract to Direct
Hours: 1st shift/business hours

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive and respond to inquiries regarding order status, products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process customer orders, manage order data, and support order fulfillment by collaborating with team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third party distribution partners.
  • Support the customer service and logistics departments by assisting with projects.
  • Manage customer expectations while enforcing company policies/procedures compliance. 
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Critical thinking skills; ability to troubleshoot and reach the best possible resolution.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP.
