Description

Acara Solutions has  a Production Operator job in Irvine, CA. The Production Operator will be responsible 
for the manufacturing of medical devices and Sewing and stitching. Qualified Production Operator will perform
 tissue cutting, cleaning, sewing, and inspection. They will operate basic testing ,inspection equipment, and
assemble and test valve components under microscope magnification.  The pay for this position is $18.50 per hr.
 
Production Operator job responsibilities include:
 
  • Perform tissue cutting, cleaning.sewing, and inspection
  • Operating basic manufacturing, testing and inspection equipment
  • Assemble and testing valve components under microscope magnification 
  • Disassemble and perform rework
  • Work in a cleanroom environment or under a hood when necessary 
  • Safely operate equipment, fixtures, tools and chemicals.
  • Provide feedback on any opportunities for improvement
  • Flex across multiple roles on the Production floor
  • Maintain compliance with Quality System procedures
 
Job Requirements

 
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • At least one (1) year work experience (medical device preferred)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills ( English proficiency)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Additional Information:

  • Background/Drug Screening are required 
  • Willingess to work OT when necessary
