Acara Solutions is seeking a talented Production Assembler/Operator to join a design and manufacturing company for 
test and measurement solutions in Beaverton, OR. This will be a direct-hire position. There is a job fair being held on 
December 3rd, 2021 where you'll be able to virtually meet their team for an interview. Offers typically will be sent out 24-48 
hours after interviewing. 

  • $5,000 sign on bonus after 1st month of employment

  • Manufacturing of microelectronic components in a lean manufacturing high-compliance environment
  • Must have the ability to inspect small details under a microscope using fine hand skills
  • Experience applying epoxy and hand placement of components on boards is a plus!
  • Must be highly dependable and comfortable with computers
  • Communication, teamwork, and high attention to detail are essential skills
  • Constant use of detailed work instructions written in English
  • Perform testing of modules for medical, aerospace, or military products (high compliance)
  • Available Shifts:  
  • Day Shift: Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm
  • Second Shift (B Shift, Night Shift): Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am;  and Fri-Sun 5pm-5:30am 
  • Pay Rate: $22.12 - $25.12 DOE
Job Requirements

  • High School Degree/GED, or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in semi-conductor assembly or fiber optics
  • Ability to work under microscope for up to 4 hours
  • Experience applying epoxy and hand placement of components on boards 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to Detail and able to follow instructions
  • Be able to show proof of the COVID-19 vaccination card
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card under U.S. Government ITAR compliance requirements 

  • Experience applying epoxy and hand placement of components on boards is a plus!
  • Wire bonding and soldering
  • Chemical cleaning 
  • Familiarity with package testing and alignment systems
  • Familiarity with FBS/lean concepts and Military inspection standards
  • Ability to cross train in multiple areas
