Description

Acara Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist for our client in Williamsville, NY! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department. 
 
Type: Contract to Direct
Pay: Up to $30/hr. DOE
Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the recruitment process including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and completing phone screens.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process.
  • Audit new hire information and maintain employee files.
  • Perform internal customer service functions by responding to employee requests and addressing in a timely manner.
  • Create presentations and spreadsheets, and run various reports.
  • Assist with the creation and fostering of engagement programs.
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field. 
  • 2+ years' experience in HR, recruiting, and managing office operations. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • General knowledge of federal and state employment laws/practices. 
  • Knowledge of ADP & Workday. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
