Acara Solutions and our client located in Scottsdale, AZ has 2 contract to direct hire position available

 Advanced CAD Specialist 

  • Developing and applying computer aided design (CAD) software engineering methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems, the Advanced CAD Specialist will have the opportunity to help our nation's heroes make a true impact. 
  • You'll create new and revise existing designs, drawings, and bills of material for our products. We'll depend on you to lead or contribute as an individual technical contributor on a small design or test team. 
  • You'll provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. 
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as Advanced CAD Specialist
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's degree

  • Specialist in the use of the strategic CAD and file management tools (Pro-E/Creo or Solid Works)

  • Competent in all aspects of respective design domain, mechanical design, part fabrication and assembly of electronics
  • Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
