Acara Solutions is looking for a Technician Level for our client located in GRAND PRAIRIE, TX

  • Electrical technician capable of operating within an integration and test lab environment.
  • Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and prototype electronic modules, equipment, cable, and systems.
  • Apply principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing in the assembly of electronic equipment, missile control instrumentation, test equipment and cabling.
  • Work under direction of engineering staff.
  • Observe all Occupational, Safety, and Health guidance.

Pay and Benefits:                                                                                                   

The salary for this position is $ 28.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in electronics technology or Electrical (Electro-mechanical)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in assembly.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Cable or harness or soldering.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with following test equipment Handheld Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Bench Power Supplies, Hand Crimping Tools.
  • Ability to comprehend electrical schematics
  • Be familiar with analog, digital, integration, and test skills to support and facilitate testing of complex hardware.
  • Able to fluently read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Be team oriented, but capable of working independently when needed.
