Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Test Engineer for our Client located in Owego, NY.

  • Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
  • Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment needed for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
  • Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
  • Compiles data and defines changes needed in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
  • Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.

Pay and Benefits:                                                                                                   

  • The salary for this position is between $ 31.05 and $ 51.73 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active clearance REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as Test Engineer

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience testing RF products is a bonus
