Description

Daily administrative support to the HR team and also a shared resource for the Business Unit Manager and Vice President General Manager.


Required to work onsite at Hatfield facility 
Hours: Flexible- We are open to full time or part-time. Any hours within business hours of 8:00am-5:00pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with accounts payable check runs and verify that all invoices are approved before payments are released for payments (2x per month).
  • Work with the Business Unit Manager and the Sales Manager on Q1 Sales Bonus plan communications.
  • Admin production support - supporting manufacturing production employees with questions regarding benefits, retirement, paychecks, etc.
  • Coordinate flower purchases / deliveries for employee life events such as death in family, marriages, etc.
  • Support company events and assist the Activities Committee.
  • Support Wellness Committee initiatives.
  • Maintain communications on facility bulletin boards.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain internal phone directory and work with marketing team to update electronic directory.
  • Coordinate and monitor coffee / tea vendor activity.
  • Daily mail distribution for incoming mail to specific departments.
  • Print new-hire orientation binders for upcoming new-hires as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings for leadership team as needed.
  • Assist visitors and maintain site visitors process.
  • Assist with communications and administrative activities regarding covid-19 protocols, updates, etc.

 
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects / tasks
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated
  • Friendly, positive approachable manner

Salary: Up to $25/hr. depending on experience
