Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Staffing/Employment Representative for our Client located in Remote, CA.

  • This position will be responsible for sourcing and candidate generation for the Quality, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs team at Client.
  • The Sourcer will closely partner with the Sr Recruiter to develop and execute various talent identification and sourcing strategies using resources such as direct sourcing, job boards, recruiting events, social media.
  • This is a contract opportunity to join a growing team.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and implement search strategy.
  • Attend client meetings with recruiters to gain a better understanding of job requirements. Provide inputs to recruiters and hiring managers regarding candidate pools, enabling better decision making about hiring strategies.
  • Focus on sourcing passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, internet searches, existing talent pool database searches, and research.
  • Screen and assess interested candidates for basic fit for the organization and role and provide recommendations on candidates to interview.
  • Utilize and maintain CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Pay and Benefits:                                                                                                   

  • The salary for this position is $ 48.33 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as Staffing/Employment Representative

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience in supporting RA/
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling and proactively identifying candidates for highly skilled and niche positions in a corporate or recruitment agency setup.
  • Good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Good research, influencing and selling skills.
  • Ability to build external and internal relationships and develop networks to identify talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, professional and personable phone presence.
  • Good familiarity with ATS, CRMs, sourcing tools, social media, and other candidate generation methods
  • Good research, influencing and selling skills.
  • Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires.
