Acara is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for our Wilsonville client on a 6+month contract opportunity.

  • Support paralegal and administrative staff members to enter and file a variety of documents electronically, assist with gathering necessary signatures and proofing documents, collect, print, and distribute a variety of information, support integration activities (SharePoint data entry preparation, adjusting metadata for contract storage), and other projects as assigned.


Pay and Benefits:                                                                                                   

The salary for this position is $22.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school or GED
  • Minimum 1-year experience in legal clerk, legal assistant, or legal secretary
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in clerical or administrative assistant
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in MS Office
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience working with contracts or customer service
  • Ability to work with diverse internal groups in a variety of geographies
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Results Oriented
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent decision-making and judgment skills
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues creatively and quickly
