Acara Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work with our client in Concord, NH. This position is a full time opportunity.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answers all questions over the telephone with customers.
  • Processes email and mail inquires.
  • Performs all assigned tasks as quickly and accurately as possible.
  • Follows all established policies, procedures and written/verbal instructions.
  • Ensures all assigned issues are updated and resolved as efficiently and as quickly as possible.
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 years experience in a Customer Service/Call Center
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
  • Ability to work with in a fast paced environment.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
