Job Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting the accounts receivable department in various capacities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Print all electronic payments from banking website daily and prepare for cash posting
  • Locate and print all necessary remittance back-up for incoming payments
  • Compare remittance detail with payment amounts for accuracy
  • Look up invoice numbers using SAP software for all internal customers for cash posting
  • Enter cash received from customers
  • Deposit manual checks daily using Remote Deposit Capture software
  • Mail Canadian manual checks to our Canadian bank for deposit
  • Contact customers as needed for remittance details
  • File all incoming payments posted by AR staff
  • Responsible for other administrative duties as directed by Company
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: 
  • Associate degree
  • 1 year of experience in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior accounts receivable or cash handling experience preferred
  • Must have strong problem solving and written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
