Description

Acara Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for our customer in Fremont, CA Remote

Lead and manage projects and programs related to material shortages for PCB assemblies and overlapping commodities. 
Coordinate, align and ensure execution to timelines by working directly with suppliers and various teams within organization including supplier quality, supplier business management, strategic commodity management, engineering, and product management. 
Define and actively manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects/programs. 
Lead re-occurring cross functional team meetings and weekly to monthly program reviews with the executive team. 
Communications both to stakeholders and cross-functional team on frequent intervals.  
Perform on-going risk management and escalation when required. 
Forecast and manage project/program expenses.  
Managing resources requirements for program success with functional managers.  
Monitor metrics and drive corrective actions when required.
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
5 years supply chain manager 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain, MBA – Or a post grad in Supply Chain Management (Preferred) 
  • Years of experience: 7 Minimum - Supply Chain
  • Job Requirements: Understand Supply Chain, Sourcing Strategies, in-general Negotiation Skills, Lead Meetings, Problem Solving Skills, Microsoft basics (Excel, PowerPoint, computer literate). PCBA Knowledge(Managing PCBA's High mix/Low Volume), Electrical Engineering Tech Knowledge, FULL REMOTE.
