Acara Solutions the premier provider of recruitment solutions, has partnered with a major semiconductor company in the Chelmsford area. We are seeking two experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help expand and grow our current workforce.


The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to gather industry knowledge and understand gaps in talent to effectively source qualified candidates, creating strong talent pipelines for our Company's current and future hiring needs.  Provide full lifecycle recruiting to provide customer service for prospective employees throughout the recruiting process in order to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees and provide high-quality interactions throughout the candidate journey.


Daily Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and level-set expectations
  • Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details utilizing our Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist in designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Stay up to date with Industry trends to understand the needs of the hiring manager and the qualifications of prospective employees.
  • Increase speed to hire
  • Create Talent Pools and network to enhance Employer Brand
 
Job Requirements

 
Desired Skills / Qualifications:
  • 4 years hands-on experience of full-cycle recruitment using a broad base of interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • B.S. Degree or equivalent post-graduate professional HR qualification desirable. 
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Nurture trusting relationships with local management team.
  • Keen understanding of roles within the organization and local recruiting climate.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn.
  • Up to date knowledge of appropriate employment legislation as it relates to recruitment and employment.
  • Fluent in English language, written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to handle heavy workloads, prioritize own work and deal with confidential and sensitive information.
  • A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, while also being able to judge when additional support is required.  
  • Ability to listen and communicate carefully and with empathy - emotional intelligence.
  • Team player who is keen to work closely with the wider HR team.
